Pushing yourself through your demanding day of parenting and work is an everyday occurrence for you. It’s overwhelming, your anxiety is through the roof, and you’re not sleeping well.
You don’t remember the last time you felt calm, cool, or collected (is that even a thing?)
You’ve really tried to manage it all on your own… but the gym, mindfulness, and breathing exercises, just aren’t cutting it.
And it really is exhausting!

How do you get there? Therapy. This isn’t your traditional talk therapy. We go deep. We will get to the root core beliefs by using specialties like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT/ TEAM-CBT), build skills with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and improve sleep quality with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I).
It feels hopeless, thinking this won’t work.
I get that. There’s so many therapists, counselors, self-help books, podcasts, and coaches out there to sift through.
So I’ll cut right to what you can get out of working with me:
I am human with you. Building a connection and deep understanding of your experience is my #1 priority. Starting with this, it will feel like the perfect blend of getting results, feeling relief, and also feeling comfortable in laying it all on the table.

Hi, I’m Cora.

I won’t bore you here with where I went to school, my license, or trainings. You can check those out, if you want, on my about page.
Instead, I’m going to ask you why you are here? What brought you here and what’s calling you to do this work? The deeper work.
Whatever that is - I personally get it on some level. My own perfectionism is intertwined with both depression and anxiety, and they all feed into each other.
So I’ll be right there with you: with some humor, deep empathy, and some serious tools to help you crack the code, get relief, and finally feel in control.
