Let me introduce myself —

Finding a therapist that is effective is often really difficult.

I am a structured, yet flexible, therapist who is warm, supportive, and encouraging. I practice a form of therapy that prioritizes slowing down and really focusing on the words and emotions, making sure you feel truly understood. The work we do is unlikely to be successful if you don’t feel understood.

Once you feel truly understood I use evidence-based treatment methods to help you get relief from worry, stress, feeling down, and/or feeling disconnected. This form of therapy helps you get better faster, and arms you with tools you can use on your own for years to come. If you put in the work, you can expect to feel better, more equipped and empowered.
